Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want your experience booking a consultation with Jeevan Chakra Astro to be straightforward. This policy explains how rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds work.
1. Booking Confirmation
A consultation is confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed through our secure payment partner, Razorpay.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your consultation at no additional cost if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, subject to availability.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
- If we are unable to conduct your session as scheduled for reasons on our end, you will receive a full refund or a free rescheduled session, whichever you prefer.
Note: these windows and percentages are our standard policy and may be adjusted at our discretion for individual circumstances — please contact us directly if you have a special situation.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To reschedule, cancel, or request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jeevanchakraastro.com, by phone at +91 78973 89172, or via WhatsApp.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay, and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Puja & Ritual Offerings
As Puja and ritual offerings are arranged individually and quoted directly, their cancellation and refund terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
